BAFROW is committed to supporting national efforts to improve the health and economic well-being of vulnerable and marginalized groups—particularly women and girls—in both rural and urban communities.

Our strategies focus on empowering communities and creating demand for health services through community and stakeholder mobilization, awareness-raising campaigns, education and behaviour change initiatives, capacity strengthening and advocacy.

We collaborate with government institutions, non-governmental organizations, youth groups, development partners, private sector actors and the media. Central to our approach is the active involvement of youth, men and community leaders, whose participation ensures inclusivity, ownership and sustainability across all our projects and activities.

Suitably qualified candidates are invited to submit applications for available vacancies. Our recruitment process is guided by a strong commitment to gender balance in the workplace, and we therefore particularly encourage qualified female candidates to apply.
