OUR SERVICES
Our pharmacists and dispensers provide services 24 hours a day 7 days a week in compliance with our Pharmacy Policy.
The Unit:
- Ensures that medicines and other supplies (e.g. injections) are available in the facility at all times and ready for dispensing
- Dispenses medicines to OPD patients and the different inpatient wards
- Counsels patients on medicine usage, dosage and possible side effects
- Maintains a memo of medicines near expiration date and keeps a record of dangerous drugs
