WHAT WE OFFER

Electrocardiogram (ECG) and Holter ECG

©BAFROW Medical Centre

An ECG records the electrical activity of the heart to determine whether the heartbeat is functioning normally. This test helps our doctors detect irregular rhythms and identify early signs of conditions such as arrhythmias or an impending heart attack.

A Holter ECG is a lightweight, portable version of the ECG, worn around the torso as patients go about their daily routines. Unlike isolated, one‑time ECG readings, the Holter ECG provides a more comprehensive picture by capturing abnormal rhythms and fluctuations over an extended period.

Echocardiogram (ECHO)

©BAFROW Medical Centre

Using advanced ultrasound technology, we capture detailed images of the heart to assess its size, shape, pumping strength and valve function. This test can reveal issues such as blood clots, valve abnormalities, problems with the heart’s lining and or irregularities in blood flow.

Ambulatory Blood Pressure Measurement

©BAFROW Medical Centre

It is a lightweight, portable device worn on the arm that continuously records patients’ blood pressure throughout their daily routine. Ambulatory Blood Pressure monitoring is the gold standard to accurately diagnose high blood pressure and monitor its control. Like the Holter ECG, it documents readings over an extended period.

Treadmill Cardiac Stress Test

©BAFROW Medical Centre

Conducted on a treadmill, this test monitors the heart’s performance under physical exertion. It records the patient’s ECG while tracking blood pressure, heart rate and breathing to evaluate how the heart responds to stress. Results help our cardiologists diagnose heart disease, assess exercise capacity and detect early warning signs of cardiac problems.
