• Policy and Compliance: Maintain standards, regulations and accreditation requirements
• Resource Management: Oversee budgets, staffing and logistics for the smooth running of our services
• Patient Experience: Implement systems that reduce waiting time, improve communication and enhance overall patient satisfaction

Clinicians (i.e. Consultant Specialists, Registrars, Public Health Officers, Midwives, Emergency & Critical Care Personnel, Anaesthetists, Nurses, Counsellor/ Social Worker, , Physiotherapist and others)

• Direct Patient Care: Diagnose, treat, manage and monitor patient conditions across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Holistic Approach: Address the physical, emotional and social aspects of patient health
• Collaboration: Work with our administrators to align clinical priorities with institutional goals
• Information, Education and Counselling: Counsel patients, conduct trainings and promote preventive health measures

Technicians (i.e. Radiology, Laboratory, Pharmacy, IT, Assistant Biomedical Engineer and others)

• Diagnostics and Support: Provide accurate test results, imaging and technical expertise that inform and support clinical decisions
• Technology Management: Maintain our medical equipment, IT systems and electronic health records
• Operational Efficiency: Ensure clinical teams have timely access to data, medications and tools
• Specialized Response: Support emergency teams (e.g. OPD emergencies, rainy season surges) with technical readiness
