RECRUITMENT
BAFROW Medical Centre is a national, self-sustained clinical institution operating as a social enterprise. It was established to support national efforts to reduce maternal and infant mortality through integrated reproductive health, maternal and child healthcare services, and the treatment and management of both communicable and non-communicable diseases—ultimately contributing to the reduction of illness and death in The Gambia.
The hospital also sustains projects implemented under our NGO arm, BAFROW, including the BAFROW Family Clinic and empowerment initiatives at BAFROW Model Centre in Mandinaba Village.
We are accredited by the West African College of Physicians (WACP) to train junior and senior residents in Family Medicine, further strengthening our role in advancing healthcare capacity and professional excellence in The Gambia.
Suitably qualified candidates are invited to submit applications for available vacancies. Our recruitment process is guided by a strong commitment to gender balance in the workplace, and we therefore particularly encourage qualified female candidates to apply.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
