ANTENATAL CARE (ANC)
EDUCATION AND COUNSELLING
Through weekly health talks during Antenatal Clinic days, our patients receive clear, diverse information on pregnancy, labour, delivery and post-delivery care with the aid of pictorial materials. We ensure pregnant women and their spouses or partners understand the stages of pregnancy as well as the importance of good nutrition for both mother and baby, immediate and exclusive breastfeeding, and family planning.
We actively promote couple antenatal counselling classes to encourage the involvement of spouses and partners. These sessions support joint decision-making about pregnancy and post-pregnancy activities, thereby fostering shared responsibility and better family health outcomes.

Our Antenatal Booklet, which is given to enrolled patients, serves as a monitoring tool for the care required and provided throughout pregnancy.
It also contains lifesaving information for a safe pregnancy, presented in both text and pictorial form for easy understanding. By equipping mothers with accessible knowledge, our booklet empowers them to make informed decisions that protect their health and the wellbeing of their unborn child.
What We Offer
- Monitoring of Vital Signs (blood pressure, heart rate, weight, temperature); Laboratory Tests: Urine and blood analysis to detect and manage existing or emerging conditions; and Ultrasound Imaging: To observe and track the baby’s development. These imaging and laboratory tests help us detect complications in the mother or baby that could affect the pregnancy, allowing us to intervene early. They also enable us to identify high-risk pregnancies and provide specialized care when needed.
- Timely Interventions: Provision of essential medications, supplements and vaccinations to improve pregnancy outcomes for both mother and baby
- On-going Communication: Regular updates for our patients at every stage of their pregnancy and their baby’s development
