The daily operations of BAFROW Medical Centre are overseen by a dedicated Administrative Team.

The Team is led by an Executive Director, supported by a Deputy Director and a Medical Director. 

Together, they ensure efficient program implementation and quality patient care by overseeing hospital planning, development and financial operations, as well as providing operational leadership for the organization.

Housekeeping

Ensures a clean, hygienic, and well-maintained environment; manages linens, food service and uninterrupted power supply; and attends to non-clinical needs of our patients. See Housekeeping

Admin: Supports Management and staff by ensuring the day-to-day administrative tasks are handled efficiently and accurately

Security: Oversees all aspects of facility safety, including fire prevention and protective measures to keep our patients, escorts, visitors and staff secure.

Communication: Positions the hospital’s services effectively and strengthens its brand image through marketing, public relations, targeted outreach and collaborative engagement with stakeholders.
