Our Concierge Service ensures that the non-clinical needs of our patients are met with care and efficiency during their visit or stay with us. By offering this service, we aim to make our patient experience as smooth and comfortable as possible, allowing patients to focus on their health and well-being while we provide the necessary support.
Our Concierge team is available to assist with a wide range of support such as:
- Guidance on hospital facilities and amenities
- Assistance with directions within the hospital
- Support with transport arrangements
- Help with general enquiries
They also oversee our Pampering Service and facilitate access to our in-door shop and canteen.
PAMPERING SERVICE
To ensure a truly relaxing and stress-free visit or stay for our patients and visitors, our Pampering Service has been designed to rejuvenate both body and mind.
We offer a range of activities and treatments, including:
