Parents registered in our clinic receive a personal copy of our Child Welfare Record book, a vital tool that documents each stage of a child’s growth and development up to completion of 3 years.

The booklet empowers parents with essential information on immunizations required to safeguard their child’s health, as well as guidance on breastfeeding and the transition to solid foods.

It serves not only as a record but also as a practical resource which promotes informed care and nurtures practices that support the child’s overall wellness.
